BUZZ ABOUT ARABIAN TALES
“We are attempting to spark the children’s imaginations to help with creative writing, and presentations like Arabian tales definitely help”-Teacher, J.K, Epiphany of our Lord.
“Its hard to get and keep the attention of the little ones. Your presentation of Arabian Tales certainly succeeded in this area!” -Teacher, J.K/S.K, St. Richard.
My class couldn’t stop talking about Arabian Tales! They loved it! I really enjoyed the after-the-show question/answer period. The responses from the performers were much appreciated. Over-all it was a wonderful play” -Teacher, Grade 2, St Bernard
Silly and outlandish stories full of good intentions, The Princess and the Mouse and How the Caliph Became a Stork are funny adventures that share many of the same qualities of magic and wildness as the Arabian Nights. This is a great opportunity to expose your students to other kinds of storytelling, a different culture and ways of seeing the world through new eyes. A caliph wants to fly and a princess is afraid to speak but a fast talking mouse and a forest nymph help in solving the problems of the day.
