From a story told by the Grimm Brothers, this is a modern variation about a poor old shoemaker, Hans and his wife Martha. They are wondering how they will pay the rent when Suzette, an ambitious young rock musician orders some fancy boots!!
THEN... some really cute elves mysteriously help out the shoemaker and his wife for reasons we have yet to find out!! A fun, musical, puppet-y take about generosity, luck and fate. Oh and they all live happily ever after. Whew!
